Thachten does not guarantee the achievement of specific financial results, including profit growth or the complete elimination of defects. The training materials constitute methodological recommendations, the effectiveness of which depends on the specifics of the enterprise and the quality of implementation.
The user may cease using the platform at any time based on a written request. Thachten reserves the right to restrict access in the event of a violation of the rules, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
We may periodically update these terms in accordance with service development or legislative requirements. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
